Arijit Chatterjee is an assistant professor in the Management Department at ESSEC Business School. He received his M.B.A. from the Indian Institute of Management at Ahmedabad and a Ph.D. in Business Administration from the Pennsylvania State University. Arijit’s research explores how executives influence organizational processes and outcomes. His work on executive narcissism, strategic decision-making, and the antecedents of risk-taking has been published in Administrative Science Quarterly. Arijit is currently working on several papers to understand how business and society interact (or have interacted in the past) in emerging markets, with a particular focus on India. |
