Helen Etchanchu-Schneider


Helen Etchanchu-Schneider is PhD candidate in the Management/Strategy concentration. She received her BBA in General Business, 2007, from University of the Pacific, CA, USA and her MBA in Innovation and Services, 2011, from ESSEC Business School.
Before pursuing her PhD, she worked as a freelance consultant for Mawenzi Partners, a research assistant at the ESSEC Institute for Service Innovation and Strategy, a strategic analyst in the Mail Division at La Poste, and a junior brand strategist at BETC Euro RSCG.
Her research focuses on the role of business in society and the governance of business-stakeholder relations. She has particular interest in rhetorical strategies for legitimacy and perceptions of power and justice. In her doctoral thesis she analyses the negotiations on shale gas exploitation in Europe.
